Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. Why should I do my Health and Safety Representative Training online?
Our online training (powered by The Learning Place) saves you time and money. It’s New Zealand’s most cost-effective option and can be done from home, a café, or your workplace. Learn at your own pace, with full access to our support team every step of the way.

3. Do I need to speak English well?
Yes, the courses are Level 3 and Level 4 Unit Standards, requiring a fairly high level of English. Unsure about your level? Try a practice test at IELTS.
